§ 50.071 OPEN DUMPING.
   Open dumping of solid waste, including bulky waste, on all lands (i.e., roadsides, hollows, rivers, streams and lakes, whether public or private) by any person is prohibited by KRS 224.01-100 through 224.01-115 and this chapter.
