Collection practices which are deemed acceptable by the county are as follows:
(A) Door-to-door household collection. Collection service may be provided by the county or by contract, franchise or permit with the private sector; and
(B) Direct access to a staffed convenience center or transfer facility within the county. Residents may transport their waste directly to Cabinet-approved staffed convenience centers or transfer facilities within the boundaries of the county that meet the environmental performance standards of 401 KAR 49:060.
