(A) Curbside pickup. Tree limbs less than 4 inches in diameter, lumber (any treated, shaped or otherwise processed wood) and brush shall be securely tied in bundles not larger than 48 inches long and 18 inches in diameter when not placed in storage containers. The weight of any bundle shall not exceed 75 pounds. Other yard wastes may be stored in containers so constructed and maintained as to prevent the dispersal of wastes placed therein upon the premises served, upon adjacent premises or upon adjacent public rights-of-way. The weight of any individual container and contents shall not exceed 75 pounds.
(B) Convenience center disposal. Brush, limbs and trees may also be disposed of at any county- maintained convenience center, provided the service is available. The county reserves the right to charge fees as necessary for disposal.
