§ 50.001 TITLE; ADMINISTRATION.
   (A)   The Woodford County ordinance known as the Solid Waste Management Ordinance shall be cited as such or this chapter herein.
   (B)   The Fiscal Court shall be responsible for the administrative management of this chapter and promulgation of rules and regulations authorized in § 50.112.
