(A) At the first Fiscal Court meeting of each month, the head of each county department or agency shall provide the Judge/Executive and Fiscal Court a statement which describes the activities of the department during the preceding month, along with a list of any citizen complaints made to the department or agency during the preceding month and the steps taken to address the complaint.
(B) At the end of each quarter, the Treasurer shall provide the Judge/Executive and Fiscal Court with a financial statement which includes the following:
(1) Total amount of appropriations for each department;
(2) The amount expended by each department during the preceding quarter and fiscal year to date; and
(3) The balance in each budget appropriation.
