§ 30.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person who violates any provision of this chapter for which no penalty is provided shall be subject to the terms of § 10.99.
   (B)   Any person who violates any provision of § 30.01 after he or she has been duly notified of the provisions by any precinct election officer, County Clerk, Deputy County Clerk, Sheriff or any law enforcement officer shall, for each offense, be guilty of a Class A misdemeanor.
