(A) False accusations procedure. The county recognizes that false accusation of harassment and sexual harassment can have a serious effect on innocent men and women. Individuals falsely accusing another of harassment or sexual harassment will be disciplined in accordance with the nature and extent of his or her false accusation.
(B) Employment inquiry procedure. The county encourages any employee to raise questions he or she may have regarding the harassment policy or sexual harassment, with his or her immediate supervisor, a higher-level manager, the Personnel Administrator or the County Judge/Executive.
