§ 34.56 ALTERNATE MEMBERS.
   The executive authority of the county, with the approval of the legislative body, may appoint 2 alternate members of the Board of Ethics who may be called upon to serve when any regular member of the Board is unable to discharge his or her duties. An alternate member shall be appointed for a term of 1 year. Alternate members shall meet all qualifications and be subject to all the requirements of this chapter that apply to regular members.
