The statement of financial interests shall fully conform and comply with the Statement of Financial Interests adopted by the county and made part of, and set forth as an appendix to this Code of Ethics chapter. Beginning in 1995, the Woodford County Court Clerk shall deliver a copy of the form to each officer and employee required to file the statement, by first-class mail or hand delivery, no later than June 30 of each year. All candidates for elected county office as defined herein shall be given a copy of the financial disclosure statement at the time of his or her filing for office, along with notice that the statement shall be filed within 30 days of the filing deadline date. The failure of the Clerk to deliver a copy of the form to any officer, employee or candidate shall not relieve the officer, employee or candidate of the obligation to file the statement.
