§ 34.35 WHO MUST FILE.

The following classes of officers and employees of the county and county agencies shall file an annual statement of financial interests with the Board of Ethics:

(A) Elected county officers;

(B) Candidates for elected county office; and

(C) County-appointed members of the Planning and Zoning Commission, Board of Adjustment and Economic Development Authority.
