§ 150.99  PENALTY.
   Violation of any provision of this chapter shall not be a criminal act, but shall afford the city a remedy by injunction or claim for civil damages for each such violation as set forth in § 10.99, with each 24-hour period during which such violation exists constituting a separate offense.
