(A) Upon conviction of a violation of any part of Title VII, the Traffic Code, a person shall be fined an amount of not more than $500 for each such violation.
(B) Upon conviction of a violation of any other ordinance of the city, a person shall be fined an amount of not more than $2,500 for each such violation of any ordinance other than the Traffic Code Ordinance.
