   110.01   Sale of alcoholic beverages authorized

§ 110.01  SALE OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES AUTHORIZED.
   The sale of alcoholic beverages is authorized and approved within the corporate limits of the city by any person, firm or corporation licensed to make such sales by the Alcoholic Beverage Commission of the state.

§ 110.02  LIQUOR RETAIL PERMITS.
   As authorized by I.C. 7.1-3-9-3, liquor retail permits may be issued to applicants in respect to premises located within the boundaries of the City of Woodburn.
