§ 91.07  ABANDONED VEHICLES.
   (A)   The Council finds that abandoned vehicles are a public nuisance and a safety and health hazard. The department is given the responsibility for removal, storage, and disposal of abandoned vehicles in accordance with Indiana law.
   (B)   The city shall follow the provisions of I.C. 9-22-1 et seq. in enforcing this section against abandoned vehicles.
