(A) Any person, firm or corporation violating any provisions of this chapter including any amendments thereto as affirmed or determined by the authority having jurisdiction shall be subject to a fine as set forth in § 10.99.
(B) Each day such violation is permitted to continue may be deemed to constitute a separate offense.
(C) Funds received from penalties paid pursuant to this section shall go to the general fund of the city.
