§ 72.10 TEMPORARY PARKING SIGNS DURING EMERGENCIES.

The Mayor of the city shall be authorized to direct the posting of no parking signs, on a temporary basis, upon any portion of the streets of the city to expedite traffic or safeguard pedestrians when an emergency or special conditions exist.
