§ 72.08  PARKING LONGER THAN THREE DAYS PROHIBITED.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation to park any vehicle of any kind, nature, or description on and upon any street, alley, roadway, or public way in the city for more than 72 consecutive hours in any one place.
   (B)   Any vehicle so parked upon any street, alley, roadway, or right-of-way in the city shall be considered an abandoned vehicle and shall be towed away and impounded by the city at the expense of the owner thereof; the vehicle shall then be disposed of in accordance with the provisions of the laws of the state pertaining to abandoned vehicles.
   (C)   The terms and provisions of this section shall not change, amend, or alter any provision heretofore adopted by the city prohibiting the parking of vehicles on a street or public way in the city for a period of less than 72 hours and this section shall apply only to the parking of vehicles on those streets in the city which are not now regulated by a regulation heretofore adopted or that may be hereafter adopted.
