§ 72.03  MANNER OF PARKING.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person having control or charge of a motor vehicle to allow the vehicle to stand on any street unattended without setting the brakes thereon, stopping the motor, and removing the keys from ignition switch of the vehicles.
   (B)   (1)   The owner or driver of a vehicle of any kind, nature, or description shall park the vehicle on any street in the city parallel to the street curb or edge of the street pavement and not more 12 inches therefrom. No double parking shall be allowed.
      (2)   The vehicle shall be parked along the curb or pavement edge located on the drivers right-hand side except on those city streets which are designated one-way streets for one-way vehicular traffic, in which case the vehicle shall be parked in the above described manner on either side of the street.
      (3)   No vehicle shall be parked on any city street where parking is prohibited by law or this traffic code.
