§ 71.34 DRIVING WHILE IMPAIRED OR UNDER THE INFLUENCE PROHIBITED.

No person shall operate any vehicle unless in physical condition to do so with safety to himself and others. Vehicles shall not be operated by persons under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or narcotics.
