§ 71.03 CARRYING PERSONS ON MOTORCYCLES OR BICYCLES; CLINGING TO VEHICLES PROHIBITED.

(A) The operator of a motorcycle or bicycle when upon a street shall not carry any other person upon the handlebar, frame, or tank of the vehicle, nor shall any person so ride upon the vehicle.

(B) Any person riding upon any bicycle, motorcycle, sled, roller skates, or any toy vehicle shall not attach the same or himself to any moving vehicle upon any roadway.
