§ 70.20  COMPLIANCE TO OFFICIAL TRAFFIC CONTROL DEVICES.
   The driver of any vehicle shall obey the instructions of any official traffic-control device placed in accordance with this traffic code, unless otherwise directed by a police officer, and subject to the exceptions granted the driver of an authorized emergency vehicle in this chapter.
