(a) Penalty. Violation of this chapter is a civil infraction, for which the fines shall be as set forth in Chapter 212
of the Code of Ordinances for the Village of Wolverine Lake, and in addition to all of the costs, damages and expenses provided by law. Each day that any such violation shall occur shall constitute a separate offense.
(b) Injunction. Any violation of this chapter is hereby declared to be a nuisance per se. In addition to, or in lieu of, seeking to enforce this chapter by proceeding under Section 1024.05
(a) above, the Village may institute an appropriate action in a court of general jurisdiction seeking injunctive or equitable relief.
(c) Enforcement and Administration. This chapter shall be enforced and administered by the Village code enforcement officer, or such other Village official as may be designated from time to time by resolution of the Village Council.
