(EDITOR'S NOTE: See Section 202.99 of the Administration Code for the general Code penalty if no specific penalty is provided.) A person who violates this Chapter is responsible for a civil infraction and subject to a fine of not less than One Hundred ($100.00) Dollars or more than Five Hundred ($500.00) Dollars.
