840.11 LICENSE REVOCATION.

The Council may revoke a license whenever the licensee or his or her employee or agent fails, neglects or refuses to fully comply with any and all provisions and requirements set forth herein or with any and all provisions, regulations, chapters, statutes, or other laws incorporated herein by reference.
