820.09 GRANT OF FRANCHISE.

Grantee shall be awarded a franchise, pursuant to the provisions of Section 820.05 of this chapter, either by resolution of the Village Council or by any other means authorized or required by law. Grantee shall be promptly notified of the award by the Village by written notice thereof, sent by registered or certified mail.
