(A) In the event an owner-occupier of a single-family dwelling shall apply for any variances to permit minor structural modifications where the fairly projected costs of the modifications does not exceed the sum of $500, the Zoning Administrator, together with the duly appointed trustee responsible for oversight of Planning and Zoning shall have the right to waive all fees as may be set forth herein below and to issue such variances without further action by any Board being necessary. In the event the said Trustee shall be unavailable to consider such application on a timely basis, the Village President shall serve in his or her stead for all such purposes.
(B) For all applications by individual landowners for residential zoning changes, zoning variances or Home Occupation requests, an application fee of $150 shall be submitted with the application for the change, variance or request.
(C) For all applications for non-residential zoning variances, special use permits or zoning changes, an application fee of $450 shall be submitted with the application for the request, provided that for all applications involving properties in excess of one acre in size, an additional $20 per acre, or part thereof, shall be submitted with the application.
(D) For all applications for preliminary plat approval of all subdivisions, an application fee of $450 plus $20 per proposed lot shall be submitted with the application for the request.
(E) For all applications for final plat approval of all subdivisions, an application fee of $450 plus $20 per proposed lot shall be submitted with the application for the request.
(F) In the event the Chairman of the Planning Commission or Zoning Board of Appeals or the Village President shall determine that the application shall require the review of either the Village Engineer or Village Attorney, the applicant shall bear the expense of such review.
(G) In the event the Chairman of the Planning Commission or Zoning Board of Appeals or the Village President shall determine that the application shall require the attendance of either the Village Engineer or Village Attorney at any meetings of the Plan Commission, Zoning Board of Appeals or special session of the Village Board of Trustees, the applicant shall bear the expense of such. attendance.
