§ 154.216 DUTIES OF OFFICE OF ZONING ADMINISTRATOR.
   The President of the Board of Trustees by and with the consent of the Board of Trustees shall appoint a Zoning Administrator. The Zoning Administrator or the Administrator's duly designated and acting deputy shall enforce this chapter, and in addition thereto and in furtherance of said authority, shall:
   (A)   Enforce the provisions of this chapter;
   (B)   Approve and issue all zoning and occupancy certificates and make and maintain records thereof;
   (C)   Conduct inspections of buildings, structures, and uses of land to determine compliance with the terms of this zoning chapter;
   (D)   Maintain permanent and current records of the zoning regulations, including, but not limited to, all maps, amendments, and special uses, variations, appeals, and applications therefor, and records of hearing thereon;
   (E)   Prepare and publish on or before March 31 of each year a map showing the zoning districts, divisions, restrictions, regulations, and classifications in effect on the preceding December 31;
   (F)   Publish on or before January of each year the rules of the Board of Zoning Appeals and the Plan Commission in effect as of that date;
   (G)   Receive, file, and forward to the Plan Commission for action all applications for special uses and for amendments to this chapter;
   (H)   Receive, file, and forward to the Board of Zoning Appeals for action all applications for variations and the records in all appeals; and
   (I)   Provide such clerical, technical, and consultant assistance as may be required by the Board of Zoning Appeals, the Plan Commission, and other village officials in the exercise of their duties relating to this chapter.
