§ 154.153 LIMITATION ON SUBSEQUENT USE OF OPEN SPACE.
   Once a unified residential development plan has been approved, the common grounds, parks, open spaces, and recreational areas included in the said plan shall not be used for the construction of any building or structure, nor shall such common grounds, parks, open spaces, or recreational areas be thereafter computed as a part of the required minimum lot area or required yard of any other building or structure.
