(A) The maximum building height shall be 35 feet.
(B) The maximum lot coverage shall be 40%.
(C) The side and rear yard requirements in the B-2 General Business District are the same as the side and rear yard requirements in the B-1 Retail Business District, and in addition to those requirements, the following yard requirements shall also be observed:
(1) A front yard of not less than 75 feet measured from the center line of the street or road, provided that along Sheridan Road (Illinois Route 137), a front yard of not less than 50 feet shall be allowed.
(2) Fuel pumps, air and water service, and permitted signs used in connection with automobile service stations and garages shall be set back not less than 12 feet from the front lot line and not less than 62 feet from the center line of the street or road.
(3) Each establishment offering lodging facilities to the public shall have a side yard of not less than ten feet and a rear yard of not less than ten feet.
