No building or use shall hereafter be established or enlarged within the B-2 General Business District except for the following purposes:
(A) Agricultural implement sales and services.
(B) Automobile sales.
(C) Automobile service stations.
(D) Automobile storage and repairs.
(E) Building material offices and sales.
(F) Contractors' offices and shops, where fabricating and all storage of material is within an enclosed building.
(G) Dry-cleaning plants.
(H) Funeral homes and mortuaries.
(I) Laundries.
(J) Motels, hotels, and inns.
(K) Restaurants and snack shops, including "drive-ins".
(L) Service and fraternal clubs and lodges.
(M) Taverns.
(N) Telephone exchanges.
(O) Trailer sales, rental, and repair, but not including the occupancy of trailers.
(P) Accessory uses, incidental to and on the same lot as the principal use.
