(A) The maximum building height shall be 35 feet.
(B) No building or structure shall hereafter be established or enlarged unless the following yards are allowed and maintained.
(1) A front yard of not less than 60 feet measured from the center line of the street or road, provided that along Sheridan Road (Illinois Route 137), a front yard of not less than 50 feet shall be allowed.
(2) A side yard of not less than ten feet on each side of the lot that adjoins a residential district.
(3) A rear yard of not less than 25 feet, but if the rear lot line is adjacent to a publicly dedicated alley, then the rear yard shall be not less than ten feet.
