§ 154.086 PERMITTED USES.
   No building or use shall hereafter be established or enlarged within the B-1 Retail Business District, except for the following purposes:
   (A)   Apartments, located on the second floor above a permitted business use, provided that no new apartments may be constructed if the total number of multi-family units, such as apartments, motels and efficiency apartment units do not number more than 10% of the total number of single-family homes in the village.
   (B)   Banks and savings and loan associations.
   (C)   Barber shops.
   (D)   Beauty parlors.
   (E)   Book and stationery stores excluding any book or stationery store in violation of §§ 133.20 and 133.21.
   (F)   Candy and ice-cream stores.
   (G)   Department stores.
   (H)   Drug stores.
   (I)   Electrical and household appliance stores, including radio and television sales.
   (J)   Food stores, grocery stores, meat markets, fish markets, bakeries, delicatessens, and food lockers.
   (K)   Furniture stores.
   (L)   Garden supply and seed stores.
   (M)   Gift shops excluding any gift shop in violation of §§ 133.20 and 133.21.
   (N)   Hardware stores.
   (O)   Hobby shops.
   (P)   Laundry and dry-cleaning pick-up stations.
   (Q)   Offices, business and professional, including medical clinics.
   (R)   Package liquor stores.
   (S)   Paint and wallpaper stores.
   (T)   Restaurants, including the sale of alcoholic beverages if incidental to the use of the premises as a restaurant.
   (U)   Photography studios.
   (V)   Service and fraternal clubs and lodges.
   (W) Shoe stores and shoe repair shops.
   (X)   Temporary buildings for construction purposes for a period not to exceed the duration of such construction.
   (Y)   Variety stores.
   (Z)   Wearing apparel shops.
(AA)   Accessory uses incidental to and on the same zoning lot as a principal use.
(BB)   Any other retail business use that is not specifically permitted by this section is permitted provided it complies with the standards set forth in § 154.085.
