All open automobile parking areas containing more than 4 parking spaces or the walls of the multiple- family unit located less than 40 feet from a property line shall be effectively screened on each side adjoining or fronting on any property situated in a Residential District or any institutional premises by a wall, fence, or densely planted compact hedge, not less than 5 feet nor more than 8 feet in height. The grounds around the duplex or multiple-family unit shall be attractively landscaped with trees, shrubs, and lawn.
