§ 154.067 LOT SIZE REQUIREMENTS.

   (A)   The minimum lot area shall be:

      (1)   For duplex or multiple-family dwellings: 5,900 square feet per dwelling unit.

      (2)   For all other buildings and structures: 22,000 square feet.

   (B)   The minimum lot width shall be:

      (1)   For duplex and multiple-family dwellings: 100 feet.

      (2)   For all other buildings and structures: 120 feet.
