§ 154.057 LOT SIZE REQUIREMENTS.

   (A)   The minimum lot area shall be as follows:

      (1)   For single-family dwellings: 7,000 square feet.

      (2)   For all other buildings and structures: 20,000 square feet.

   (B)   The minimum lot width shall be as follows:

      (1)   For single-family dwellings: 50 feet.

      (2)   For all other buildings and structures: 100 feet.
