§ 151.174 APPLICATION FOR PERMIT.
   Application for a rooming house permit shall be filed with the Building Official in such form as prescribed and shall be approved by the Zoning Officer, Fire Chief, and Health Officer for endorsement that the building, structure, and premises conform to ordinances, rules, and regulations enforced by said officers.
