§ 151.171 OPERATOR'S RESPONSIBILITY.
   The operator of a rooming house and other occupancies specified by this subchapter shall be responsible for maintenance of the premises, buildings, structures, and grounds thereto to the standards provided by this chapter and this subchapter.
