(A) Provisions of this chapter applying to maintenance, area, light, ventilation, sanitation, and means of egress shall apply to rooming houses and other occupancies specified in this subchapter in addition to provisions of this subchapter.
(B) Provisions of this subchapter shall apply to rooming houses, hotels, motels, tourist homes, and rest or nursing homes and shall apply to club houses, dormitories, or any other facility in which space is provided for living and sleeping to three or more persons not related to the owner or operator.
