§ 151.130 HEATING FACILITIES REQUIRED.
   (A)   Every building or structure of dwelling occupancy shall have heating facilities maintained in safe and good workable condition and capable of adequately and safely heating all habitable areas of every dwelling unit therein, including halls and public rooms to a temperature of not less than 70° F., at a height of three feet above the floor levels when the outdoor temperature is at -10° F.
   (B)   A central heating system, space heaters, or individual heating system for each dwelling unit may be used, subject to approval of the Building Official.
