(A) The minimum total window area of any habitable room shall be not less than 10% of the floor area of the room measured in areas of clear glass and not less than 50% of required window area shall be easily opened for ventilation.
(B) Every bathroom and water closet compartment shall comply with the light and ventilation provisions of this subchapter.
(C) Whenever a window of a room faces a wall or other portion of any abutting structure which is located less than three feet from the window and extends to a level above that of the ceiling of the room, the window shall not be counted in calculating window area or openable area.
