§ 151.091 FLOOR AREAS.
   No dwelling unit shall contain less than 1,000 square feet of floor area, except efficiency-type dwelling units of motel, hotel, or multi-family structures shall contain not less than 300 square feet of floor area per unit and an additional 100 square feet of floor area per unit for each occupant over two.
