§ 151.061 PLUMBING; ELECTRIC WIRING; HEATING; EQUIPMENT.
   All plumbing, electric wiring, heating equipment, and other facilities, utilities, and appliances or equipment which is required under provisions of this chapter shall be constructed and installed in conformance with applicable ordinances and to function safely and effectively, and shall be maintained in satisfactory working condition.
