(A) Any person affected by a notice of violation, interpretation, ruling, or order issued under provisions of this chapter may file a written request for a hearing before the Board of Appeals under procedures of the Board of Appeals, and said request shall include a brief statement of the basis for appeal action.
(B) If no request for a hearing before the Board of Appeals is filed within 15 days of date of notice of violation, the notice of violation shall constitute a final determination that a violation exists and a final order to corrective action described in the notice.
