§ 151.030 DEMOLITION OF STRUCTURES.
   The Building Official may certify any dwelling or dwelling unit which has been condemned and placarded to the Building and Zoning Committee of the Board of Trustees to be demolished in accordance with provisions of the Building Code for unsafe buildings.
