§ 151.027 VACATING OF PREMISES.
   (A)   The occupants of any dwelling or dwelling unit condemned and placarded as dangerous or unfit for human habitation shall vacate the dwelling or dwelling unit within a reasonable time as ordered by the Building Official.
   (B)   When in the judgment of the Building Official an emergency exists which constitutes an immediate hazard to occupants, the Building Official may order the immediate vacating of the premises, and any person failing to comply with the order shall be held in violation of this chapter.
   (C)   No dwelling or dwelling unit which has been condemned as dangerous or unfit for human habitation shall be used for human habitation until corrective measures to elimination of the basis of the condemnation action have been completed and written approval of the Building Official obtained, and the placard removed from the premises by the Building Official.
