§ 151.024 NOTICE OF VIOLATION.
   Notice of violation shall be served in the following manner:
   (A)   By serving copies thereof upon the owner and occupant of the building, structure, or premises personally, or by sending copies of notice by certified mail to the said owner and occupant. A lessee shall be considered to be an occupant for purposes of this section.
   (B)   Where, upon diligent search, the identity or whereabouts of the owner or owners of any such building, structure, or premises is not ascertainable, notice mailed to the person or persons in whose name such real estate was last assessed is sufficient notice under this section.
   (C)   Allow a reasonable time for the performance of any act required to affect compliance with provisions of this chapter.
   (D)   Contain a brief outline of remedial action to effect compliance with provisions of this chapter.
