§ 151.022 INSPECTION.
   (A)   The Building Official shall inspect all buildings or dwelling occupancy, except one- or two-family dwelling units, and the premises thereof, not less than once each year.
   (B)   The Building Official or other designated official as provided by this chapter, may for purposes of this chapter enter, inspect, examine, and survey at all reasonable times such buildings, structures, and premises subject to provisions of this chapter.
   (C)   The owner or occupant of buildings, structures, and premises or portions thereof, subject to provisions of this chapter, or the person in charge thereof, shall give the Building Official free access to all portions of the building, structure, or premises at all reasonable times for the purpose of inspection, examination, or survey.
   (D)   Upon reasonable assumption that the building, structure, or premises constitute an immediate hazard or emergency to life, safety, or health of the occupants or community the Building Official is hereby granted authority to enter said building, structure, or premises at any and all times for purposes of inspection, examination, and survey.
   (E)   Each occupant of a dwelling or dwelling unit shall give the owner thereof, or the owner's agent or employee, access to all portions of the dwelling or dwelling unit, or its premises at all reasonable times for purposes of making such repairs or alterations as are necessary to effect
compliance with provisions of this chapter or with any rule, regulation, or order issued pursuant to provisions of this chapter.
