§ 151.019 CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY.
   No building or structure of dwelling occupancy shall be occupied unless a current and valid certificate of occupancy is effective as provided by the building code, and in all buildings or structures other than one- and two-family dwellings the certificate of occupancy shall be retained at all times upon the premises.
