§ 151.016 INTERPRETATIONS, RULINGS, AND ORDERS.
   Interpretation of provisions of this chapter and rulings or orders under its provisions shall be made and issued by the Building Official. Any person affected may appeal such interpretation, ruling, or order as provided herein.
