(A) The Building Official is hereby authorized and directed to administer and enforce all provisions and regulations contained in this chapter within the corporate limits of the village, and for such purposes shall have the powers of a police officer.
(B) Where jurisdiction exists or is established by provisions of this chapter, the Fire Chief, Health Officer, or other designated official as defined herein shall enforce all provisions of this chapter as applicable jointly with the Building Official.
